Evaluation & Project Completion


In order to ensure the quality and sustainability of our services, IMAP offers an evaluation after completion of measures taken. We examine the extent to which the desired change has been achieved, both at an individual and at a company level, if desired. For this purpose, the qualitative and quantitative data may be collected and analyzed over time (e.g. leadership assessment, redistribution of the employee survey after 2 years). IMAP uses scientific and data-protected software, which allows for valid comparisons to be recorded even within a larger time frame.

 

If the customer is content with the results, the project will be regarded as completed. As IMAP considers personnel and organisational development as a continuous process, we offer a final report summarising the results and suggesting further development potential.
